Wallace Real Estate celebrates national accolades and the 88th anniversary of its founding on April 1st, 2024, one year after relaunching as an independent brokerage.
Locally owned Wallace Real Estate has been named a member of RISMedia’s 2024 Power Broker Top 1,000 Real Estate Firms, landing in the top third of the prestigious national list with a No. 258 ranking in Residential Units Sold and No. 311 in Residential Sales Volume.
Wallace Real Estate also was named to the RealTrends national Top 500 Verified Brokerages list, landing at No. 274 and No. 330 for sides (a party to a transaction) and volume (total dollar amount sold), respectively.
On both lists, Wallace is the top-ranking independent firm from the East Tennessee area.
