Covenant Health Therapy Centers provides free, walk-in care at post-race injury clinics

Participants in any of the 2024 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon races who have lingering aches, pains, sprains, blisters or other race-related injuries can seek assistance with free, walk-in care at the post-race clinics offered by Covenant Health Therapy Centers at three Knoxville locations.

The free injury clinics will be offered Tuesday, April 9, from 3-5 p.m. at the Downtown Knoxville, West Knoxville and Lenoir City locations.

On-site medical care will be available to race participants during the events, but if unexpected injuries arise or continue after the race, Covenant Health Therapy Centers’ physical therapists can help participants recover.

Appointments are not required. Participants should bring photo identification and their race bib to receive services.
