Event channels passion and optimism of flower power era to make positive impact on community
Positively Living has announced the return of its popular fundraising event, Summer Swing, which will take place this year on Saturday, Aug. 5, from 6 to 10 p.m. This year’s theme, “Gettin’ Groovy in the Garden,” promises an entertaining evening while raising crucial funds to benefit the clients of Choice Health Network.
The event will be held at the Knoxville Botanical Garden Dogwood Center and will feature live performances from local yacht rock band Smooth Sailor, gourmet fare from By the Tracks Catering, open bar, auction and surprise activities to provide a memorable night for all attendees.
“We’re thrilled to bring back our Summer Swing event this year,” said Steve Jenkins, CEO of Positively Living & Choice Health Network. “Beyond just a fantastic party, this event is a key fundraiser for Choice Health Network. The proceeds raised from Summer Swing are vital in helping us provide our clients with the care and support they need. As we swing into summer, we also swing into action, channeling the energy of the ’60s and ’70s to foster positivity and progress within our community.”
Tickets for are on sale now:
- Regular tickets are $300.
- Designated Driver tickets, offering all the fun with none of the alcohol, are $200.
- Groovy Group Sponsorship is $1,000 and includes two tickets and a logo spotlight.
