Orange Mountain Designs to host first-ever NIL appearance with Lady Vol athletes

August 25, 2021

Orange Mountain Designs in Alcoa will host four Lady Vol basketball and softball players for a meet-and-greet with fans and autograph signing on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 12-3 p.m.

The four Lady Vol players signed to promotional deals by Orange Mountain Designs through the NCAA’s new name, image and likeness (NIL) legislation are basketball players Jordan Horston and Tamari Key and softball players Kiki Milloy and Ashley Rogers. The foursome, who became the first Lady Vols in history to be signed to NIL deals, also will be joined by special Lady Vol guests.

Owner Terri Holder founded the store, located at 329 Gill St., in Alcoa, off Hall Road, at the behest of the late Pat Summitt, who wanted a retail store that focused on the Lady Vols. Holder, a native of East Tennessee and longtime friend of Summitt’s, has since expanded the store to include official apparel and gear to honor the legacy of the legendary Tennessee coach.

The event will feature autographs, a meet-and-greet and door prizes, and admission tickets will be available at the door. Attendees will be staggered over the three-hour event to allow for social distancing, and masks will be required inside the store for the protection of the student-athletes. Tents also will be set up outside for fans waiting for admittance, and water will be available.

Gear and apparel, including the NIL athletes’ new signature clothing, will be available to purchase. No personal items can be brought to the store for autographs. Visit for more information.
