A leader in law school, Howell was a member of the James Clark McReynolds Trial Advocacy Team, class representative for the Student Bar Association, and Symposium Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender & Social Justice. Howell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008 from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he majored in American History with a minor in Political Science.
Lewis King was founded in 1960 and today has 58 attorneys in its three offices in Nashville, Knoxville and Sevierville.
