Choice Health Network and Cempa Community Care have jointly announced an agreement to create an additional pharmacy choice for Choice Health Network’s patients across Tennessee.
Adding Cempa Community Care (CCC) to Choice Health Network’s contract pharmacy offerings will allow in-person and mail order services for patients in Chattanooga and mail order for Choice Health Network patients served at its locations in Knoxville, Cookeville and Memphis.
Choice Health Network (CHN) serves more than 6,000 individuals across the state affected by the challenges of HIV, homelessness, mental health, substance use and LGBTQ+ discrimination. The organization has offices in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis and Cookeville offering an array of treatment, prevention and harm reduction services.
Cempa, a Chattanooga-based nonprofit, started in 1986 to provide support and advocacy for people impacted by HIV and expanded in 2019 to offer more robust medical services, including primary care, dental services and more.

Cempa Community Pharmacy is a full-service, on-site pharmacy providing services that help bridge the gap between a pharmacist and a patient’s healthcare provider.
